The following lectures and courses are available for local and national meetings in one and two day formats
  • Comprehensive Dentistry and the Dental Team - Lecture Course

This course is designed for dentists to communicate to their staff the concept of comprehensive dentistry. Dentists come home from great technical and motivational seminars to staffs that find it hard to fully comprehend their excitement. The team will be exposed together to the joy of a quality driven practive.

This lecture can be a half-day, all day, or even 2-day format.

The team will learn:

  • The importance of the examination process
  • How to motivate your patients to accept comprehensive dentistry
  • The use of your computer to know as much about the patient as possible
  • The importance of the morning meeting with your staff

Where are the Condyles?


  • Occlusal TMD Splint Design and Delivery and Equilibration of the Natural Dentition available to be done at Dr. Jesek's office or other locations by request.

This courses will consist of a required three-hour lecture that will prepare them for a the three-hour participation course, which would be offered in the morning and afternoon sessions. The participation course will be limited to twenty-five participants. All six hourse will be apllicable for participation credits. (This topic can also be presented in lecture format only.)

The lecture portion will include:
  • A review of thebasic anatomy of the head and neck focusing on the relationship between the muscles of mastication and occlusion.
  • Examination of the literature supporting TMD splint thereapy and occlusal therapy.
  • Clarification of the principles of occlusion and equilibration of the natural dentition and restorations
The hands-on portion will include:
  • Delivery and adjustment of mandibular splint on articulated models
  • Full mouth equilibration of two different cases on articulated models
